My name is Jake Beirne. Health and fitness has always been a huge passion of mine. It started at a young age where I first began strength and conditioning training at 10 years old for sport. I got the bug early and have been addicted to learning as much information as I can in regards to training and nutrition ever since!
From my pre teens to early twenties, I learnt a vast skill set on how to improve my physical health, mental health and lifestyle to make me both a healthier and happier person. It was when I finished college, I decided I wanted to use these skills to begin helping as many people as possible to become happier, healthier and better versions of themselves. Safe to say it was the best decision I ever made and have never looked back.
My continuous self learning and attendance of seminars worldwide, held by the top fitness professionals, ensures I am always up to date with all of the latest findings in the industry surrounding training and nutrition.
